This question is always tricky because it seems so obvious; you need money right? However saying such would be totally out of the question. Luckily Urban Outfitters is a cool enough place that people actually truely WANT to work there, or at least I totally do. So I stated the obvious first, I love fashion and clothing, but I also talked about the unique atmosphere in the store and how retro it was.
