I handed in my application about 2 weeks or so ago and got a call 3 days ago asking if I was free for an interview the next day. The interview was kind of intimidating because there were three other girls also being interviewed and they all had retail experience whereas I did not. The manager was really cool and told us to show our personalities, which was a relief. She asked us why we wanted to work there, a special thing about us, where we want to be in 5 years, what we would like in a supervisor, and some other questions. I was so worried about my interview but today I got a call and I start working in a few days! My advice is to be confident, dress the part, and be very social. Good luck!
