      Oct 3, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WildTangent (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

      - HR sent Word documents instead of editable PDFs, which made filling out applications a pain - Initial phone interview was from the art director, asking basic questions about my experience and interests of employment -Second interview was with design team at the office, then management, and development, 3 rounds of groups of 2. They asked similar questions to the phone interview, and included questions like my career goals.
