I applied before the holidays and started working at the very end of January. I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with my manager. I was called back for a second interview with the other person I'd be supporting, and HR invited me to interview for two other positions they thought I'd be a good fit for. I was made an offer the day after that 2nd visit to the office.

Question 1
What experience do you have with customer service?
Not a formal interview, but an introductory call. Was great to learn about the company and expectations for the role even if it ended up not being the right fit for me.
The interview was quick and not very informational. I felt like I was just some other name to be crossed off the list. They also never told me that I wasn't chosen until after I asked them.
