I was contacted by a Talent acquisition specialist in response to my application to this role. After my first interview with the hiring manager and senior departmental head, I did not hear back from Wiley despite my follow up emails. I was again contacted by another Talent acquisition staff for a similar role after a few days and yet again after the initial promising messages, the recruiter just ghosted me.
I'm disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the interview outcome. It would be greatly appreciated if candidates could be informed of the results as a standard practice.
