Applied on a Friday got a call for interview the next week. Interview was scheduled the following week. Panel interview with CEO and Director of Operations and one other. Standard interview questions. However, they could not provide a budget for the operation or a weekly/monthly spend for food. Said it was being worked on. Would not provide an estimate of cost per person per meal or any information regarding the financials of the operation. Said the agency was solvent and not a concern but due to reworking the food program they were unsure of any financials. No estimated budget/spend per meal is a big red flag in my opinion. Anyone who has been in this business knows we rely heavily on knowing our costs so we can provide a service/product that is profitable/within budget. Time for hire was estimated at 30 days. After 2 weeks emailed for an update. HR said there were still interviewing. Week later inquired for an update from head of HR. Have not received a reply, and it has been another two weeks. While I am no stranger to the process, no replies to inquiries is also a red flag. Professional operations have some decorum especially in the hire process. Looking at other reviews elsewhere it appears that there are systemic issues beyond their hiring process.
