      Accounting Clerk Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Williams, Adley & Company-DC in May 2020

      Interview

I interviewed with the Recruiter over the phone even during the pandemic. She was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She asked a few questions about willingness to work in DC, clarified the plan about Coronavirus and their out-of-office start date, and asked my salary requirments and technical ability. She asked me to rank my skills 1-10. After that, we talked about my resume and the company. She answered a lot of questions so I ended up not having many once it was over. But I liked talking to her. She also explained what I could expect from the process and the next steps. She followed up the next day recapping the interview process and providing me some other information, I didn't ask for it but it helped me really like the company. She followed up by the day she promised letting me know I didn't get to the next round but that she would keep my resume. It was pleasant. She included a simple note about it was nice to talk to me about something we discussed.
