I've worked with a lot of Recruiters, both headhunters and internal, and I have to say that WA's recruitment team is amazing. They really go above and beyond with communicating the process and answering questions. I asked to speak to Tara after my last interview - waiting for a final decision - and she gave me a timeline of when I would hear back, who the next person I would speak to would be, furthermore, she answered every question I had, no matter how dumb I felt my questions were. She really made me want to work for WA. Yes the team was great but if everyone in the firm moves with a 1/4 of transparency and support as Tara, it would already exceed my expectations.
