They contacted me a few days after online application was submitted. Initial interview was a 1:1 phone screen with HR. They followed up by sending me benefits information, and we scheduled a F2F interview about a week later. The interview consisted of individual meetings with three people, about 30 minutes each with HR, then the hiring manager, and then about 10 minutes with the hiring manager's manager. The interviews were conversational, and I believe I answered all their not overly challenging questions to their satisfaction, though I wish I had more time with them to ask more questions myself. No skills tests or personality assessments were administered. At the end, HR gave me a short tour of their very impressive office building.
