I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Williams International
Interview
Phone interview, then in person. Overall would say that this company is very behind with corporate policy. I almost cancelled the interview and decided to continue just to verify what the reviews said. No flex time, no laptops, no remote work, corp business casual dress code (not a big deal but most companies don't do that unless you are meeting with customers), no parental leave, no bereavement, no sick time only PTO, 30 day wait for benefits. People that I interviewed with/interacted with were very nice. Had odd interactions with HR but other than that seemed to be ok.
