I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Williams International (Pontiac, MI) in Jan 2021
Interview
I was referred for the position internally after phone interview with another manger. I was invited for an in person interview with two program managers and the vice president. They were all very welcoming, not intimidating, and I enjoyed my time.

They asked about my coursework in college, about my current position and the work I had done to qualify me for the position, nothing difficult or unexpected. How I handle conflict or things not getting done in time, etc.
Several interviews with members of the Program Management office, along with a tour of the facility. Questions ranged from education to experience to hypothetical scenarios and how they might be handled.
