After a hiring event at the university, and supplying them with resume and an application, Williams extended an invitation to interview via email. I was given a time range to complete an online interview that consisted of recording videos of myself answering questions. I did not speak to someone directly.

Interview was with a panel of 4 managers where they asked questions about past exposure in different careers as well as situational and hypothetical questions relevant to the position. Overall, it was a very conversational interview and the panel was helpful in guiding questions if they were too vague as originally posed.

The initial interview used automated software that video recorded pre selected interview questions. The instructions in the email didn't describe the use of my computer's camera and mic. After I started the process I had to stop and set up my interview space, change clothes, etc. fortunately the link didn't time out. I completed the interview, and it was weird because the video camera never stopped recording even though it wasn't "recording" the interview questions.

Online considering COVID-19 postures. Many interview questions but very conversational and friendly interviewers.
