Williams Lea Graphic Designer interview questions

Before the interview, I read the job description, researched the company and did some preparations prior to the interview. I received a phone call and the lady I spoke with was very hard to understand and she didn’t seem to understand my responses. At one point, she had asked the same question three times. Not one of the questions was art related. She seemed fixated on PowerPoint, which I have been using and familiar with for over 10 years now. And kept asking me about how I use it. The questions were extremely vague and at times, unrelated to the position. The person interviewing me seemed to be busy doing something else. I was really excited for this interview and I was disappointed with the entire process.

Very straightforward and to the point. Questions are asked about experience, followed by a graphics test to complete at your earliest convenience, with a second interview pending with the hiring manager.
