I was hired immediately, the interviewing process was very easy. Applied, a week later was called in for 2 assessments (typing test and multiple choice screening). Was let know I would receive a call back if I passed, to setup interview. Got called the next day and setup interview the following week. During interview asked about what I knew about the company, simple "describe a time.." questions, and how I would handle certain situations. She decided to hire me right then and there. Went back out to HR to finish my paper work and go take drug test. Training started few weeks after.
