The interviewed on campus for the first round. The interviewer was extremely laid back, making the environment comfortable. She asked the typical questions that you here, like "tell me about yourself" and what not, but if there was ever an awkward point in the conversation, she was really good and working through them to not make it feel too bad. She clearly was looking to dig for the best qualities in me.
