Interview
This was one of the most frustrating hiring processes I've ever encountered. I had an initial phone screen, and was then invited to come in for in person interviews. I emailed those that I met with to thank them the day after the interviews. A week later, I emailed the coordinator again to ask where they were in the hiring process. She told me that they were still interviewing people, even though they told me when I had gone in that they were going to choose someone by the end of the following week. I waited WEEKS, emailing them several times, only to receive an email saying they had decided to pursue other candidates. It was unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. It's completely fine to choose the best candidate that you see fit for the role, but don't make other people wait and string them along.

Interview
The interview process was pretty quick. I had a phone interview, followed by a person to person interview. I was told to expect to be hired within days that they were just waiting for my background check to come back. Once that came in, I was hired promptly. The interview was relaxed for the most part, but did tend to lean towards a behavioral based interview structure.
