Long multi-round interview process. Expect 7+ meetings, multi hour take home exam, and live technical interview. Scheduling was very disorganized from their end. They also were unclear on what to expect in future interviews. The live technical interview was a surprise. Answers to my questions about the workplace culture let me know that WS expects a lot of overtime and workaholics. Average difficulty questions but the interview process was drawn out. Rejected with no feedback, major waste of time. Fortunately I had another job offer on hand.

The interview process was seamless, I got contacted by a recruiter who passed along my resume to a couple of different positions within the company and scheduled a couple interviews. The first one was remote and the other was onsite with 2 directors. Everyone during this process was very friendly, but don’t let that fool you. The interview questions were nothing out of the ordinary but the lack of communication after the interview is astounding. As a candidate who is investing time into the process, you’d expect a shred of decency. Like many others here, there are many qualified candidates yet there’s too many open positions that aren’t being filled. If you’re expecting transparency, then I wouldn’t hold my breath. Ghosting is the new norm, and it’s here to stay. That’s just my experience tho.
