Interview
1st interview never happened ( I was given a time slot for when the recruiter was to call me for my interview, but it they never called or emailed) I then resubmitted and was able to get another time slot. This time I did get a call and was asked to do a mock scenario. Never asked any questions it was fairly easy total phone time was about 8 minutes. Then I was told that I would get a call from a manager with 3-4 business days with an answer. I was lucky to get one the next day and was hired.

Mock scenario Mr XYZ paid full price for an item that was on promotion, item was being delivered already and he wanted to return the item upon delivery. How would I assist this customer.
Recorded videos of yourself no face to face interview. Multiple questions based on experiences. Very easy interview and less nerve-wrecking. It was maybe about 10 questions or so and you get 2 minutes prep time.
