I applied online. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was called and asked 4-5 questions. The first question was a role play scenario. The guy told me to pretend I worked at williams Sonoma and that there was an upset customer that didn’t get his 20% discount - how would I handle the call. At the end of the interview the guy said he was pushing my info forward because he liked my interview and told me to expect a call within 48 hours. He said I didn’t get a call then I should call them. I never got a call back, but I never followed up on the interview either.

Question 1
Describe a situation that was challenging with a previous employer and how did you make it better.
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
