I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in May 2021
Interview
I applied through the website and within a few weeks (I believe) I received a request to complete their interview process.
The process is all a one-way video interview. Several questions were asked and you record your responses and all the responses are submitted and reviewed by the HR team. Easy process and very easy process to follow (the way the website works). Got to think on your toes a little bit, but the questions aren't incredibly difficult. Just be yourself and answer honestly.
I heard about a week later from an HR rep, and received the job offer.

Question 1
Do you think it is ever right to argue with a customer?
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
