I applied online. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
Interview
Easy completed online interview then interview over the phone simple easy questions everyone gets hired, great pay easy job, training easy. Only thing I hated was I was let go because they were short calls. But nobody was told in advance or had time to prepare
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
