I had a standard interview with the recruiter, completed an Excel project, and moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. Next, I had an interview with 3 members of the team, 30 mins each, on the same day. The first interviewer never showed up, so I waited until the next interviewer was ready. This turned me off completely and made them seem unorganized. I was told they would reschedule the interview for another day. A day later I followed up with the recruiter, and she asked “do you have any time today for an interview?” and she never responded. This happened twice and then she stopped responding all together. This was so unprofessional, unorganized, and not a great experience.
