I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Oct 2022
Interview
Discussions with two corporate and two in-store staff, however it did not feel like interviews- rather shooting the breeze. I got the vibe there wasn't really opportunity for advancement, i.e. should I be interested and had the skill-set to be promoted.

Overall i t was an easy process. Meet with hiring manager in person. Then had a follow up interview online. Went through a background check as well before I was hired.
