I went through multiple rounds. First I had a phone call with someone, then a video interview with another person, then a second interview with someone else. The phone call was quite pleasant, and the initial interviewer was very friendly. The first video call, I didn't think I did a good job, and it was hard for me to read the interviewer's impression of me, but I guess he thought I did okay because I made it to the second round! The second video interview was pretty intense, and the person interviewing me was not as friendly as the other two interviewers. I got nervous on that last interview and could sense that she would not be recommending me to move to the next round of the process.
