Interview
We had to take a number of tests to see if we did qualify for a customer service representative. The test was very old school, and the computers we used were very old. We also had to take a typing test for accuracy and speed. Finally, we had to meet with a current supervisor that was working on the floor to see if by their assessment that we were WS material.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you had to deescalate a customer? What was it and how did you deescalate the problem?
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
