Interview
Its a long time before you speak to a actual person. You have to do a online application, systems check and then you get a email to do a video interview via their automatic recording system, I did not speak to a person until I was hired and it was a brief conversation that consisted of a tired sounding woman asking me what shift from their few did I want.

Question 1
What was a time you provided exceptional customer service?
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
