The interview process was rather fast and straightforward. There was a call with the HR to assess suitability prior to a interview with the hiring manager. The actual interview was largely to understand how my experience matches the role, and also to manage expectations to the dynamic nature of the role.

I first went through a phone interview with an internal recruiter. She later set up an in person with a director and VP. Finalized with a recap phone call with recruiter to recap.

Focus on strategy for business growth and cost reduction.
Spoke with a useless HR representative who was curt and moody throughout my initial phone interview. A few days later she called me back and was sugary sweet nice to me about meeting with the head of the department I wanted to interview with- she was awesome, knew her stuff and could explain the job in more detail.
Been back in touch with the recruiter for next steps but she's been ignoring my calls for weeks. Does not give a good impression of the company.
