It was a good and easy experience. Just a quick video call interview asking about previous skills and letting you know what the training process is like. As well as a fast processing time of paperwork to get hired and started on training.

What did you do when there was a conflict with a co-worker?
Multiple step process but was very easy to get a interview. They will check internet speed. And be sure you have all the required equipment. All the equipment needs to be wired. No Bluetooth or wireless.
It was a one way video interview that needed to be completed in 3 days. They're were 9 questions but you were able record multiple times before submission. It was very upfront, and mostly customer related scenarios.
