Three interviews: first with a screener from HR, second with person who was currently leading the team and third with the director. No tests or anything like that. They told me I was the final candidate and would receive an offer letter by early the following week, but after three weeks of "waiting for approval" on their end, they ended up not sending one, as the position was not approved. I am glad they kept me in the loop at least.
