I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
Interview
The interview process was quick. I saw the posting online, applied online. Dropped off my resume to the store, was called for an interview. Interviewed with the GM, then returned for a second interview with the ACM. Received a call a few days later and was offered the position.
I had several interviews stretched out over a couple of weeks. The first interview was by phone, the second was with a store manager, then another telephone, then with a district manager. The communication was so poor. Really disappointing.
