I was asked how well I work with different personalities and schedules. Can I handle working under extreme pressure and deadlines. What area of the city did I prefer and did I mind working weekends?

Why choose phlebotomy? What do I like best about working in phlebotomy? How would I handle various personalities and attitudes especially negative and challenging? What is the correct order of draw for venipuncture and capillary? What is the procedure if a patient faints or tells you to stop? What is the procedure for drawing infants?
