Interview
The initial interview was very informal. The a manager took me to their office and proceeded to ask me what i knew about the company and my experience. She asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. There are a lot of women in this working environment and there tends to be a lot of drama and cattiness.
Easy interview process but received no follow up after phone screen and long questionnaire about work style. I was talked to about three different positions I would be eligible for. I have experienced this on two occasions I have applied for the company.

The interview was one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was asked ..."what do you see yourself doing in the future..." and I answered " I am looking forward to becoming Mananger one day" As the interview was coming to an end I was more than ready to start my Employment with Lincoln. It was just such positive vibes.
