I applied online. I interviewed at WillowTree (Charlottesville, VA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Starts with a video interview, where you answer some fairly common questions. I was invited to attend a phone interview with the technical recruiter followed by a technical interview with one of the engineers a week later. A test project followed after about another week and an onsite interview shortly after. A lot of the questions were behavior centric. The difficulty of the technical challenges were about average.
Got my offer the next day.

Met on at college career fair. Had a follow up technical and non-technical interview the following day. Waited for a week or so for an offer letter to be emailed.
