I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WillowTree (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2019
Interview
Met with a college recruiter at a career fair and had a 30min personality interview with the recruiter. Second round consisted of a technical interview with a test engineer that lasted 60 minutes.
Very thorough and multi-stepped. You begin with a video interview that is asynchronous, then you move into several phone interviews, and then finally on zoom. The final interviews are more behavioral, but there is also a technical interview.
