The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WillowTree (Charlottesville, VA)
Interview
The interview process went smoothly with clear timely communication. I have to say that I do dislike the one way video interview, but the other interviews were fine. The interviewers were friendly, relaxed, and to the point. They had a list of specific questions to ask. I got to the third round before being declined for the role. They also provided a reason why they declined to go further which was nice. Overall a good interview process.
1 - One way video interview with ~8 questions.
2 - Phone screen with HR (30 minutes)
3 - Skills interview with two higher level managers. (1 hour)
