Applied online, received a one-way Sparkhire video interview request. Never got to speak directly with a person - felt very impersonal and got the feeling they did not read my resume or cover letter. Sparkhire questions were extremely vague and only knowledge based. Received a template job rejection referencing only misaligned skillset, even though job description almost exactly matches my current job. Overall, it felt like I was applying to a mega corporation's automated system, spent a lot of time trying, and got almost no communication in return.
