I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wilmerhale (Dayton, OH) in Sep 2011
Interview
Fairly straight forward, 3 interviews of 30 or so minutes a piece. Notified a few days later asking me to begin in a couple weeks. Nothing painful. Not like interviewing for an associate position or anything along those lines. Don't worry about content knowledge as that is not critical in this position. The company wants to hire personable, approachable and trainable people for these positions. They understand you are not a subject matter expert.
