Did not a great experience interviewing here - not a ton of time allowed for speaking, answering or asking questions, not a friendly group. All in all, one of the least productive interviews I have been on.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wilmerhale (Washington, DC) in May 2024
Interview
Five rounds including two panel interviews. Final interview with C-suite. Very long process. Recommend fully understanding the job description if you're applying for a business of law position. You can negotiate your salary and start date.

The process was very straightforward and well organized. Everyone was friendly and warm, it was not intimidating. The steps were clear and HR followed up well. I had a few stages of interviews, including with my managers and some of the people that I would manage and work with in the future. The role was well defined.
