The interview was held by senior associate of WH. It was 30 minutes interview. The questions were general, and were concerned with my professional and academic background, as well as my interest in arbitration.
Fairly easy. Just an online application and after which I was invited for an online interview which was just one round with a senior associate. The interviewer had to internally discuss the candidates with an internal intern committee.

It was a very straightforward process. General questions on CV and hypothetical scenario questions. It was a laid back atmosphere. They emphasized that payment is not precisely high. Also they said that they look for people with team work skills
