Discussed the position with a recruiter and was then asked if I would like to schedule an in person interview. Very informal and informative one on one interview with many opportunities for questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wilson Elser
Interview
I had applied to a couple positions online and knew someone that already worked at the firm as well. They were able to push my resume to the top of the pile and someone from HR had contacted me later that day. It was a typical phone screen and the next steps was to use Hirevue which is a self recording interview app that you use for the first round. Very self explanatory but a little awkward to use. I submitted that on a Friday and they had called me the following Monday to set up a face to face interview. Went on two rounds of those before getting an offer. It was a very transparent and fair process.
