The interview process was fairly straightforward. Met with 3 partners and interviewed collectively for about 1 hour. 2nd interview was with senior partner and it followed the same format. I was also able to follow up with that partner several times to ask and have answers to questions that would come to mind,

The interview was standard. I met with one senior attorney who asked questions about my work experience and career goals. I appreciated her candor regarding the large billable hours requirement. I believe it was over 2100 hours per year at the time of my interview.
