I interviewed for a litigation paralegal position with their toxic tort and product liability group. I was interviewed by a partner, associate and paralegal. The partner did the majority of the talking with the other two there presumably for evaluative purposes. I thought the conversant went quite well, no feedback as of this time.

Both attorneys asked very pertinent conversation opening questions that led to some discussion, which I believe was a good way to determine personality and fit for a group, the paralegal asked pointed questions regarding specific software and billable hours, which may be relevant to persons who do not have many years of experience.
