HR interviewed first. Went over the general basics of my resume. Afterwards, HR set up an in person interview with a couple of the partners and of counsels where we discussed my qualifications, my interest in the position, and when I expect to hear back.

Was brought in by a recruiter. Interview process was straightforward, annd took a little over ann hour. I got decision in a couple days. Appreciated they were respectful of my time.

The interview was standard. I met with one senior attorney who asked questions about my work experience and career goals. I appreciated her candor regarding the large billable hours requirement. I believe it was over 2100 hours per year at the time of my interview.
