Interview
Short and no-nonsense. It appeared that a decision was made based upon the resumes, prior to meeting with the partners. Very little advance time was given for the interview as the need was immediate. I was not given the opportunity to ask any questions, and waited longer to meet with the interviewers than the interview actually lasted.
First round with 2 partners, second with 2 different partners; sometimes they have you interview with 1 partner and then a panel. Either way it's 2 stages with different attorneys each time. Potentially the managing partner too.

Interview
One stage interview with the partners of the team that you will be working with. Be prepared to answer detailed questions about your relevant experience and the way that you approach case management. Be sure to ask questions, and pay attention to the ones that they avoid directly answering. This firm has high expectations, and my interviewers were very cagey about answering questions pertaining to hours and PTO.
