screening with in house HR then in person interview with two partners from the practice group. older woman partner was condescending and hinted to a toxic work environment. when asking how I can be successful in this role, I was told I must understand all partners' specific desires such as whether they like case names italicized or underlined. did not feel like it is the type of environment where a young attorney can grow and learn in a supportive work environment
