Initial outreach to make contact and speak about the position. Followed by a phone interview. The phone call will be about thirty to forty five minutes. You will be asked about the position and told about the company and their values.
The process was very smooth, and the recruiter clearly explained every step while ensuring I understood the timeline, expectations, and next steps throughout the entire hiring process from beginning to end.
Easy, straight forward interview. I did three interviews with three different leaders before being hired. Typical interview questions about experience as it related to the job description and recruiting in high volume environments.
