Interview
They put me and 5 candidates in a room together and went over general stuff like pay rate benefits, ect. Then they took us back one at a time to interview. The manager that interviewed me seemed intelligent and asked a lot of "what would you do in this situation" questions. I don't think that they were looking for overly smart people though, more the drone type that just takes orders without asking questions which is probably why they did not hire me.

IT was nice, they hand you a piece a paper and want to know from your perspective on many different things and situations on what you would do. It was fairly easy and they help you if you are stuck on a question but things can always change

The usual, though was placed in a rolling chair so that was terrible for me personally. Couldn't help but roll around and I think guy interviewing knew I didn't really wanna be working nights as a grocery stocker again
Easy process they hire pretty much everybody but con is they hire people who aren’t qualified and unjust to do the job. Try to tell you since it’s employee owned they look out for their people but they don’t care
