I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WinWire Technologies (Bengaluru) in Feb 2014
Interview
Received a call from HR. She asked for basic information and scheduled a telephonic interview for the 1st round. A Senior Project Manager called me and discussed for an hour. It went well. After a week (due to my schedule it got bit delayed) I went to their office in Bangalore for further rounds. The 2nd round was taken by 2 Engagement Managers for an hour. It looked that they were fine with me. Immediately (after 15 minutes break) a 3rd round was arranged with one of the Director of Delivery. It went for 45 minutes and he seems to be happy with me. Next day the HR informed me that there will be one more telephonic round with the CTO, but letter she informed it is not required and arranged the final HR round and they sent me the Offer letter.
Overall very pleasant experience. The entire process was smooth and HR person was very responsive. All the interviewers seems to be professional, friendly and understanding. No one tried to dig into the matters where I said I have not worked / not experienced (like Pre-Sales activity, MPP etc.). They asked based on my working experience and most of the questions were scenario based where you have to justify your answer (I really liked the approach, you can figure out a person's real management capability and experience instead of asking theoretical questions).
Note: I felt they are very open and agile company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing as such. Mostly realist scenario based questions on situations where you have to think and justify your view.
My suggestion to be honest with the interviewers here, do not try to pretend or make some stories. Tell openly what you have done. They will not reject you because of not working on any particular thing. They will see what you worked on and your managing capability on real life situations.
