One of the worst interview process. We attending interview Microsoft teams. He just asking one question then after he can leave it. why conduct interview ? how to find out just 5 mins interview which areas strong and not strong?
I request to management pls don't conduct interviews bcoz select only reference peoples and relations peoples selecting selection team.
what a company
The very first round is aptitude ,second round is group discussion ,third round is technical round ,and finally hr round and the selection process is conducted in one day only . it is a one day process and it is on campus interview
