I applied through college.. there were 4 rounds.. 1st aptitude round 40 question in 1 hour.. cut off was around 50%.. 2nd round was group discussion.. people were eliminated in the ratio almost 1:2... 3rd was technical round.. just focused on resume.. and interview went very nice.. hr round was mostly on intrests and hobbies.. entire process took place in 1 single day..
